"Dear Eric,
This is the second time you have come to our rescue when we needed help. Last Thursday we were
invited to the 8 AM Mass and breakfast at St. Joe's to witness our granddaughter's initial appearance as a member
of the 3rd grade choir. When we went out to the garage we found a flat rear tire on our only car. I pumped it up
and prayed it would last until we made it to your facility. We arrived at 7:50 AM (before your opening time). We explained
our situation and within 10 minutes our tire was fixed and we were on our way. We arrived only 10 minutes late. The second
surprise was that I was not charged for this emergency repair! ! ! Thanks again to you and your staff for going out of your
way to help us!
